co-Founder
With a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Business Management, Georgia brings a creative approach to the table. With 5 years experience in the marketing industry, her speciality in social media isn’t just her profession—it’s her passion.
“I started my journey on social media at 16, iPhone in hand, just as the influencer phenomenon was beginning to take off. I've been on both sides of the social media spectrum, and it's this perspective that fuels my approach in offering high-growth marketing strategies. It’s about understanding the digital pulse and leveraging its power for your brand."

Caitlin brings over a decade of professional marketing experience to O’Sullivans. With five years spent working in marketing for a national governing body in Thoroughbred Racing, she understands the power of storytelling in niche and high performance industries. After stepping out on her own to grow a successful digital marketing agency, Caitlin has now joined forces with her sister Georgia to do what she loves most - helping businesses harness the full potential of the digital world.
